The way in which we are engaged by our clients necessitates the need to operate with both full and part time employees and with self employed (subcontracted agents). We will consider all applications (CV's) that are sent to us. We will respond to all but will only consider people who are experienced and skilled in their field, are compliant with the company's values and who can demonstrate that they are driven to achieving our goals. Vacancies occur on an ad hoc basis as and when a need arises. All potential employees and agents are vetted to a required British standard (BS7858). This will include checking and verifying your identification, your right to work in the country of operation and checking for any previous criminal record with the relevant Criminal Records Bureau from your country of origin. We will also establish your qualifications and your suitability for assignments and ascertain your previous work experience (including a 5 year checkable working history). We will check all references including your financial status. We want to ensure you are who you say you are. Our reputation - the success of operations and continual working relationships with our clients could be dependant upon the actions of an individual. In the UK we are strictly governed by the Security Industry Authority under Private Security Industry Act 2001 and will only consider suitably licensed applicants. Applicants from outside of the UK will however be considered with suitable operating licenses from their country of origin and will only be employed in the country / countries' to where the license jurisdiction allows them.
