We always ensure effective monitoring and supervision of our residential security teams where this is not done by the client. This is done by supervisory visits or designated supervisory staff / management. We also where required provide supervisory / management staff in place on site. We look at ensuring an effective span of control with a ratio of 1 supervisor to 4 residential security officers. Always looking to improve performance and effectiveness, we ensure that we are constantly up to date with the latest sector technologies to enhance our service delivery.
